I love this bike, comfortable seat and the cushioned back plate is brilliant. You can change the tension and the tension is well spaced there are rubber bands to exercise your arms and a plate to place your iPad or whatever you use. I highly recommend this bike for beginners and biking pros.

With small space comes issues with what you can and cannot fit into that space, with ourselves, we like to have a few different pieces of exercise equipment, but they all need to be able to fold out or be pulled out quickly for whichever exercise we’re doing.
This unit does just that, it folds up into a compact unit by using height to get everything, you simply unscrew the centre support and it folds up into itself, very straight forward.
I was worried it wasn’t going to be big enough for myself base don previous comments, however, i am 6ft and it works just fine for me when stretched out fully, it may have been because they hadn’t got the settings right, so play around with them to make sure you get it to the correct height that suits yourself.
It has a small panel on the front that can show speed / time / heart rate, etc. but it also has a support for placing your phone or tablet in which is what i do when on a session to keep my mind off any mental walls i may hit.

Reading the instructions, which were very clear, I took my time assembling it. It’s fairly heavy It took me about a couple of hours. I love it. It’s so solid. The monitor gives me all the details safely so I don’t overdo it. I have kept the resistance low for the time being. I watch my pulse rate and I’m building up slowly. I want to strengthen my leg muscles after two hip replacements. I haven’t folded it up yet. I like it where it is.

Did a bit of research to find an exercise bike that did not take up too much room but was robust. not too heavy and was able to deal with a shorty I’m 5’3″. Good monitoring app on the bike too. Overall very pleased with my purchase. The seat is comfortable compared to others that have been reviewed, and I put it together without too much difficulty.

Great kit at a really great price point. Just had the home work stand – very solid. Comfortable seat angled perfect resistance to suit to my requirements. Highly recommend and the customer service is spot on.

Excellent buy. The bike is smooth to ride, no noise and the resistrance levels provide a good workout for both my wife and I who are both in our 60s and wanted to gain a good level of exercisewhen it is not possible to do so outside due to the weather. The back rest and handles are a useful addition and both the back rest and seat are comfortable when exercising. The display is also good enabling us to monitor heart rate, speed and distance. My only slight criticism is that the display is not that easy to see especially the designation at the bottom. It would therefore benefit from a back light or more bold display.

Bought as a gift, very happy customer. Arrived on time, was easy to assemble and the fold away feature makes this very easy to carry around if need be. The settings are more geared towards a lighter workout than any heavy resistance training, but this works well with the sturdy backrest, handles and the little shelf for holding a phone or tablet. The built in resistance bands are genuinely usable and not just a tacked on afterthought, and encourage extra exercise.

Far exceeded my expectations. Had never bought anything like this and was sceptical. Surely something this cheap would be flimsy/erratic/difficult to use or whatever, but it’s excellent.
Am very taken with it. No complaints at all. I use it every day. You can read the newspaper or mess about with your phone while you pedal!
It took half an hour to assemble (they even include the tools). Remember to follow the instruction that one of the pedals is screwed on anti-clockwise, not clockwise. I overlooked that, and couldn’t figure out why the pedal wouldn’t go on. It was the last part of the assembly and I thought I’d have to send the whole thing back. Then I remembered the instructions – screw that pedal on anti-clockwise. Job done.
Everything’s adjustable, so if you’ve got long legs you’ll adjust it to that, likewise if you haven’t.
The seat’s more comfortable than the sofa or any other chair in my house! Very good lower back support.
It says 100kg user max weight. That’s probably right. The machine’s sturdy, but I wouldn’t chance it if you’re heavier than 100.
